Has it always been this easy to do my back in or is it just that I'm an old woman! All I was doing this time was looking for some warmer shoes after a summer in sandals! Lifting and turning did it I suppose but its a bally nuisance! We are now in another run of deaths. Three last week. I am only doing one of the funerals but keeping my fingers crossed that we are not starting another black cycle!
