We are sitting in a traditional guest house. The temperature is about 95. But there is a breeze. We are close to the sea and its nearly as beautiful as Cornwall.
Nearer the town houses are no longer open sided. But along the coast it's still the norm. And the men still do all the cooking. Our guide keeps referring to "my kitchen" with obvious pride!
Food is about to appear and drink will be either coconut milk or water.
This is the only place where there is no phone signal so this will have to wait !
