We woke up this morning to find the sun streamng through the window. It's hot. We decided not to go out on tour again but to enjoy the local Red Sea facilities. Safaga is a resort enjoyed by the Egyptians and seems to have lovely beaches with small bars and coffee shops. A day of relaxation is indicated! One way or another I am going for a swim today! Sea or pool, either will do!
In the event our wander outside did not last long. The blackish sand was very offputting and it was too hot to walk far so I did swim but in one of the pools on board. I also sat in jacuzzi for a while. Absolute bliss!
