Lost it

My blog from yesterday seems to have disappeared into the ether. I am not sure why. It was about a very old friend of mine who died. He had been the rector of this parish many years ago and had stayed on, disobeying all the rules of the church. For years he was my spiritual advisor and then he gave me away when I married David so I knew him well. My phone has been ringing non stop almost with people from all the Roseland churches wanting to go to his funeral. The problem is that there is no church big enough to hold them all. One thing is quite clear. He was much loved and will be sorely missed.
