The hill!

With my muscles still comatose after hurting so much last week I am now psyching myself up for this mornings effort....I am at a small church which involves a hill.
I always walk up the hill. Driving up it is fraught with obstacles both actual and mental.
The railings outside the church have cost us very dearly in the past.
Engines have been known to overheat in the attempt to get up the hill and make the very awkward turn..there are always parked vehicles in daft places!
So having chickened out of it once I now park at the bottom of the hill and walk up.
It's been a good solution till this morning....
I may take quite a long time to get to the top in fits and starts......
I may be some time.....
If no further blogs appear you will know the worst has happened...... Arghhh
I got up the hill and alls well! Coming down jarred more!

  2. One of those things. We have some steep hills here. We live on a flat bit at the top of one. I'm doing loads of walking and those hills that were a challenge a few months ago and now a joy to be on. I get pleasantly warm and perspire a little, but it's doing me some real good.

    Dropped a stone in weight, can get into clothes that I wouldn't wear and might have ended up in the charity shop bag. Just do things in moderation is my view and it seems to work, slowly but surely.
