Today

Impossible to keep up with events today. The phone started ringing very early. That should have given me a clue. The problems are varied from getting the right stuff in next weeks notices to the fact that I seem not to have paid for my Christmas lobster! Trying to get all my ducks in a row with organists and baptism forms paled into insignificance with the latest news from the vet. Crispin may have two forms of cancer. One needs an immediate intervention. A kind way of putting that it has to be chopped out. The other form would need an internal operation. The vet agrees with me that he is too old for the serious one so it's back to praying again. We get the results of his tests in a few days.
