Trump? Surely not!

Listening to Jacob Rees Mog on the radio singing the praises of Trump would be comic if it was not so serious.
I have no great love for Mrs May but even she has not deserved this attempt at interference from the USA.
It was worrying enough when it was first mooted that Boris should be the next PM but to find the president of the USA canvassing for him publicly is actually unbelievable and yet I’ve heard it!
His opinion of himself seems to rest in the notion that he is always right in everything and that he has the right to criticise and to meddle in the politics of another country.
We have always known that he could be dangerous but I doubt that any of us could have forecast this level of criticism.
His original attack on the Mayor of London was based on the misreading of a statement but he is still expressing dire untruths about London as a way of attack.
Trump is no friend of this country. The sight and sound of everyone trying to humour him is simply sickening.
We are surely better than this.....
