Forward planning?

I have had some very kind remarks on the subject of my blogging problems....two people have been in touch to tell me they are having similar problems.  For the moment I will continue to try... my habit of sitting up in bed in the early morning is established now. But it’s good  to know that it’s not just me.

Listening to the radio doesn’t help.    Brexit, backstop, deal, all, words to make me groan....

This week I have been out most evenings with a very old friend and to add to the joy we have eaten at the pub which was my local once.

Lots of old friends have jumped up to hug me on the way in and it has just been lovely to see so many of them again.

But all this activity coming so soon after getting home from a cruise has made me tired yet again...I have yet to recover properly.

So far I am not considering another cruise which is most unusual . By this time I have usually got one booked but I am deliberately avoiding  this decision...time to think carefully when all the present people have gone home. The sun shines. Beauty is all around me...I am a very fortunate woman...and I’m happy to leave it there for the moment....thank you God.

Perhaps its time to turn your home into a cruise liner and stay on board for the time being. It might be cheaper to add a funnel for a chimney and Sun Deck with some loungers in your ample garden, with a glass if pimms you have a cruise liner.

And with a bottle whisky by your bed and your large holiday T Shirts for night dresses, you have instant cruise cabin.

Dinner at the Captains table might be a little more difficult, but some of your forward planning could be to dine with guests in formal attire when they arrive to stay.

And for the trips, Cornwall is full of sight seeing venues with endless places to visit even some surfing if you feel daring enough.
