Up early convinced that I am too old for this sort of upheaval...it is self inflicted after all....so why am I ready to do it all again? Arghhh....everything checked...att least twice but that’s not necessarily ok. I’m sure that once I’m on board, safely unpacking in my cabin all will be well.....well.....I am sure to have forgotten something...I have remembered my cheque book this time...much safer than using my card!
Hopefully I won’t have forgotten too many things....and there are shops on board...
my taxi driver is en route and as we know each other well no doubt lots of news will be exchanged before arriving in Southampton. As always I will try to blog as I go....but certain past events make this less than certain.... however...first stop Madeira...after two days at sea...lovely...now I’m remembering why I do it. Au revoir chaps....see you on the other side. Xx
