Crib and sex!

So, there I was playing cribbage on line...a game I used to play a lot in the old days....So it was a bit of a surprise to find myself being propositioned. Now this in itself is not unusual...I’ve got used to random suggestions over the years but this one was different. I was being asked by a woman! Now call me old fashioned...but this has never happened to me before...certainly not playing cards on line... and she was serious...I think...well....sex from miles away is certainly different but come on! Erm no...don’t. I got out of there as fast as possible and went back for another game later....and got caught again...so I made my excuses and left wondering what on earth the world was coming to. As I wasn’t present physically there was no danger but I found it hard to be rude to get rid of her...she was very young I think so I drew the conclusion that it was a mother figure she was looking for...ahem. But I didn’t need a daughter...not like that anyway. What is it with today’s young people...surely there’s enough to go round? I can understand a bloke tentatively chatting me up...though I always assume the "rev" saves me from the worst of that but this young lady wasn’t accepting either my refusals or my embarrassment. So....next time I want a game of crib I will need to have a new name....with no photograph. I just enjoy playing cards occasionally...makes me feel part of the human race again...briefly... but without the sex!

It appears that there is no safe place to play cards online any more.

I never play online games. Solitaire on my laptop is the height of excitement and it appears that no one is safe from propositions.

I just can't explain the reason for it, but obviously some people are needy, or alternatively seeking to lure people into situations which would make them vulnerable to blackmail?

Good job you got out of that situation. Not sure if you can block people in games or not, but she definitely needs to be blocked or reported to the website admin.
