Cruising news.

Sometimes I find the right page for blogging and sometimes it proves elusive...so I post this in hope! Having received all sorts of advice its difficult to know which to accept. some just dont work... others do but not always in the way I expect.... however at the top of this page is an orange rectangle reading Publish! Its dark outside today...not inviting so as I have nothing I need to do out there I am staying close to my sofa.... sorry if this is getting dull....I spend sometime every morning clearing out the rubbish mail which always seems to get through. Its dark outside, not at all inviting...but I have to report thst the huge cruise ship The World has gone. I didnt see her departure...I would have waved her off... she has become familiar over months moored up in Falmouth. I had started to wish her goodmorning she was there so long. Presumably she is resuming her exploration of the seas far and away. After several months sitting outside I like to think that something has changed and sea adventures are starting up again even if I am no longer a part of it. Right now I dont see anyway i can sail off around the world again...even Cunard has gone. The world today is very different than the one I am used to....but I will get used to it....hopefully

Your cruising days are over?? Or, are they?

I hear a wistful echo in your writing, a yearning for the oceans of yore, the Ships of Yore, you even mentioned Cunard.

Perhaps in a year or so, when the virus is under control and there is a viable vaccine, you might try once more to wander the world, or at least to North Cornwall.

Blessing on whatever you do.
