Eventually.

I suppose its only natural when life is dull that we should take an interest in any news that makes life more interesting. All sorts of headlines catch my eye and on reading them I find a lot of real interest especially in America where fraudulent votes are apparently muddying the water. Mr Trump tweeting about his own position and the votes yet to be counted is producing many examples of strange movements of ideas as well as people. As we are now in lockdown again I wont be going anywhere...My next food deilvery is a week away so I may have to defrost somethings...but since becoming an old woman I dont need much....and if I lose weight in this process its all good. I find myself opening my fridge and freezer fairly frequently to check what is available. Who ever would have believed all this just a short while ago. A winter lockdown is going to be difficult I think...but no doubt we will all cope...though survival may not be garanteed. We shall see....Three words I am using quite a ot just now. We will see...EVENTUALLY!

Good morning Jean. Mr Trump really is amazing! Making accusations without any evidence is par for the course with him! It’s going to be a few days still before we know for certain who has won.
Hope you can find something delicious to eat in your fridge or freezer!
Take care

It might be a difficult winter, but there are signs of Hope. Mr Biden has won the election in the USA and that blustering bully Mr Trump is on is way out, despite his claims of electoral fraud, there is no evidence of it, so he will spend up to 60 million dollars on useless legal action. He refuses to concede, but come 20th January he will be evicted by law from the Whitehouse. And some of the speculation that I have read is that the Impeachment activities might come back to haunt him, as well as investigations into his tax affairs and activities in his companies during his time as President. Joe Biden could grant him a complete Pardon, to allow him to get on with his life. But who knows what Trump will do? There is also news from home that Boris Johnson has changed his mind about free school meals for the most deprived in England. Perhaps demonstrating the the flip, flop government is for turning. Margaret Thatcher will be spinning in her grave.
