Safe at home.
Thank you so much to all those of you have been in touch to reassure me that I have not actually lost it. I feel very much better now and the sun is shining too! I shall ring the doctor this morning though, not for an appointment but for a five minute phone call. I think I have to let him know what happened. Keeping my friends happy is also part of that decision. They were much more worried than I was when it happened. As its Monday I should be expecting my cleaner but since its about a month since she last showed up I am not holding my breath. I have kept the house clean as I always do so I really dont need her just now.
So...the start of a new week....life alone but safe in my home...No matter what is suggested now I am staying put for the time being...This is a big house in a big garden....providing I have food and drink here I am fine! Please phone if you are anxious...but I am perfectly happy now...I think. Boring? Sorry!

I’ve often been told I’d forget my head if it wasn’t screwed on. Did you enjoy your break in the hotel though nevertheless?
Good afternoon Jean. Just keep on as you are!
Take care x
As usual, I am late to the party. I am glad you are feeling better and have decided to ring the doctor, I hope that it went well and that you are now content and just staying put for the time being.
I have a medical appointment down in Kent at Longfield with my Osteopath for what we describe as a bi-monthly MOT on my prolapsed discs. I don't want to miss it as it is important for my mobility. And the good thing is before the new lockdown and the next appointment will be made for mid December. Hopefully she will be free to do it then.
They closed the clinic during the last lockdown and I missed two appointments, but I believe that as they are now classified as Covid safe, they should stay open.
Take care of yourself and prayers for your new period of isolation.
