On we still go!

Well...I am up dressed and ready! My cleaner says she is coming and it will be very good to see her. She is newly bereaved and we will sit over our coffee to talk . This is much more important than doing any cleaning. For us both! Communicating with people is a very good way of not getting upset and anxious. Listening to how other people are coping with this situation is taking up most of the air time on the radio. We have been warned that we are now at the peak danger of catching this virus. I do remember though the last time we were summoned to attend the doctors to get our flu jabs. I was less than impressed by how many people were crowded into a small room whilst they waited. But I shall go to whereever I am supposed to go. The more of us that gets the vaccine the better for us all. In our village we have an excellent pharmacist who has given me my flue jab in recent years. I expect he will have been pressed into action again now. Staying at home is what we have all been asked to do. This is easy for me. I have no desire to be out and about. Talking on the phone is complicated since BT went strange last week. I am told they are getting it sorted out but as yet I have seen no sign of this. So on we go...hopefully! Coping ! Hopefully!

Good afternoon Jean. Hope you were able to give a kind listening ear to your cleaner. I’m sure she appreciated it.
I am staying at home apart from exercise and shopping for essentials!
Had a good walk this morning and now am contemplating how to spend the afternoon! It’s too cold to go into the garden!
Take care
