Allergic Reaction.

I dont want to think about yesterday. But I suppose I must to try to avoid it happening again. I had a massive allergic reaction to something. When my cleaner arrived she gasped at the sight of my face glowing bright red. Her first instinct was to get me into her car to take me to the doctor or the hospital. We didnt get far. The pain in my limbs and my face was intense. Bringing me back here she rang the doctor and arranged for him to contact me later. We then did the whole thing via my phone. I was able to show the doctor the swollen purple skin without leaving the house! He asked my cleaner to pick up the medecine and get it back to me fast! This she did and I was soon improving. The whole episode was very strange but it worked...I slept most of yesterday and feel fine this morning. And its still me when I look in the mirror instead of the strange person I saw yesterday. I really dont know what caused such a violent reaction but I hope never to experience it again! So thank God for the lady who took over and sorted it out for me. I will always be in her debt! So now I just have to try not to succumb to it again...but it would help if I knew what caused it!
