I am sitting up in bed writing which is my usual practice but I havnt been able to do it this week. ... the men arrive by eight oclock and I need to be up and dressed by then...so this morning is a treat! I have checked that they are not here. So it feels like a holiday! I know thats daft but the relief of being back to normal is considerable. The sun shines, it looks lovely out there so i will be able to walk. I am amazed by how good this feels. But I will enjoy a quiet weekend. Normally friends arrive this weekend but as yet no one has been in touch! But a treat! The Prince of Wales has just read The Granduer of God on the rsdio. I spoke it with him...with great thanks.... a little bit of poetry in the early morning has ocurred before and I enjoyed it then too. And I am not rushing to get up either. I havnt been so happy for at leadt a week. Thank you God.
