Now we’ve got this hot summer over with, apart from some golden days promised for later, it’s time to get our political parties sorted out!
Both of the main parties have spent the summer shouting at each other.
Various members of both parties are indulging in all sorts of in fighting. None of us I suspect get any good vibes from witnessing the infighting in either party.
I hope Boris has shot himself in the foot after his latest attempt to promote himself as the next Prime minister so that he has lost the support of his party.
I also hope that those in the Labour Party who have started the attack on Mr Corbyn over his views on the Jewish state allow him some breathing space.
All the Conservative and Labour infighting is destructive to the debate which hopefully transcends party politics.
Brexit is an unknown now....so many views , various attempts at describing our countries future standing outside the EU are filling the headlines daily.
In the straw polls you get on Twitter I have now voted several times to have another vote on this subject. We are all fed up with going to the polls after Mrs May's ill advised attempt to cling to power last summer..
Discontent with the various party leaders and attempts to promote various eager people in their ambitions to lead are currently filling the headlines.
I suspect I’m not the only person who watches the daily infighting with disgust sometimes bordering on horror.
Now our MPs are back to work after their summer break please let them start to work in earnest to find our route through all the present details with good humour and civility to each other...or is that too much to ask of people whose views are tainted by personal ambition!
