Getting into Canada.

Gosh there are some bossy women on this ship! Of course I am only jealous because I have no one to boss about. But when I had, I didn’t. I don’t think.
Shrill instructions fall on deaf ears very often so they have to be repeated...
"I told you I want my coffee weak....I want it weak....not that colour."
"We don’t sit there...over here remember."
"We still have an hour to go before we can see it properly."
I regret these are all female voices....we either have some very dumb men on this ship....or some very domineering females....
On this particular visit we are not due to arrive till lunch time. This means hearing a lot of female voices insisting their spouses eat a lot at breakfast.
Sitting in the lounge near to my room I find people wrapped up in arctic looking coats...ready for freezing conditions if they are encountered..
As I am not so covered it may mean that I’m going to be cold. I am fighting the impulse to go back for a big coat...
Not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing in this context...but I have to go back for for my ticket anyway....
At the end of my corridor is a door to the bridge. This morning I bumped into the captain. He is actually great fun. He gestured to his lips as if to say, …."Dont tell anyone." Before disappearing through the door.
This is a very different cruise!
