Journeying on.

This journey just gets weirder! I suppose that I have established a sort of routine...but what amazes me is how the various staff get to know it.
As I emerge from my cabin in the morning the cries of "Good morning Reverend Rolt " follow me up the corridor.
It’s a good job I am not up to anything wicked as they all seem to know that I’m a reverend if not often reverent.
We are all now comfortable with each other...
I keep discovering new places and then belatedly realising that they were once much loved by me and David. His shadow is present where ever I go in this ship...I suppose because it was our first cruise and we learned it’s ways together a long time ago.
I’ve got a busy few days here booked so I’m trying to make this one a quiet one.
The day after.
I went to bed convinced that today was another day at sea...but a quick check in the early morning reveals that I’ve got a tour booked. This has jolted me into action....well a sort of action as it doesn’t start until this afternoon.
I have gone grey on this trip. The strands of grey are now complete...I am a grey haired old woman...and not before time I can almost hear you say...
I have not enjoyed being on the twelfth floor, especially as I am right in the middle in which ever way I go involves a long walk.
I am though looking forward to the trip to the Sept-Iles trip...and had better get on with it....
