Defeat?

Well! I am almost lost for words...Mrs May has lost much of her support. And yet she is still in position.
Her stubborn determination to just keep going is I believe her worst position.
The scale of the vote yesterday was convincing surely. Does anyone believe there is a way around this problem that will satisfy us and Europe and allow her to stay in power.
And that’s starting to look like the real problem.
She is so determined to remain PM!
But she can only do that with the help of the DUP.
Most of this mess stems from the election she called last year in order to get a bigger majority.
In fact she was left with a majority that can only work if the DUP decide to play ball.
So we are being governed by the whim of a tiny party who has very few votes.
Mrs Mays determination to just keep going has become toxic to a remarkable extent.
Much of her determination stems from her evident distaste for the Labour Party.
Today there is a vote of no confidence issued by Jeremy Corbyn.
Her distaste for him is also evident. She has to learn to work with people she doesn’t like.
Resigning right now doesn’t look possible. But she must have lost much of her support from her own party.
A new people’s vote is looking possible now I think....much of this mess stems from the last one....
But Brexit has caused chaos. And just now there seems no easy way out of it.
