What next?

I’m getting anxious once again by what is going on with this wonderful process that is Brexit!
One more report of Mrs May flying off somewhere to talk to various European leaders will convince me of the futility of her leadership. It no longer gives the illusion of firm leadership. The overall effect is of desperation, of the need to appear to be doing something.
Every time she repeats the mantra that the will of the people must be honoured it just now sounds desperately hollow.
The rest of the world watching this process must be bemused , horrified and incredulous at the antics of our Prime Minister.
It is very very sad.
Those who have followed the process from the beginning must either be laughing or weeping.
As a world side show it is a winner. Lots to laugh at here...
I suspect most Brits are now ready to vote again. Either a new people’s vote or a general election or both would give us the illusion of still being a democracy .
Just now the most remarkable fact is that Mrs May is still in position. Until you consider who might try to be elected as the next PM in her place....all the discontented Tories.
Nigel Farage is about to launch a new party!
She is determined to survive, to carry out the will of the people. The rest of us can only stand and watch. No one could be bored! But it is our lives that are being toyed with.
