Home again!

The first blog for a while for which I apologise....it was much more difficult than it should have been whilst I was away but on getting home it seems the first episode to report on is the house which is gleaming and fresh due to the attentions of my cleaner!
It’s pouring down so I have yet to walk up the garden but from here all looks well.
It is good to be home. I’ve never felt so glad to be back...but it’s not because the cruise was a flop. It’s just that I love my home and it’s views over the sea to Falmouth are very special.
Once I’ve recovered from the journey I will enjoy the garden too which is full of colour and growth whilst I’ve been away.
New people I’ve met are still claiming some time...but only a bit. The unpacking calls, I have food left for me by my daughter in law and my cleaner, they are very kind.
The trip away was fine....new friends made, but it’s good to get back to some old ones.....
The blog will become regular again now I’m home....nothing bad has happened to either it or me! it’s just had a little rest, speaking of which......make your own suitable sounds.... shhhhhh.......

Good to hear that you are home, safe and well, if a little tired.

Rain in Cornwall? Whatever next?

But I did read the few posts you made, which gave a sense of a Bottle of Whisky in the Cabin for emergencies :)

I hope that you now rest and recuperate (I thought the cruise was to do that> so that normality can be restored.
