Aftermath. Two
Well I seem to have survived the night.....just. I didn’t get much sleep but that really doesn’t matter in the face of all the other disasters being reported this mor Ning. I am up, dressed and ready....not quite sure what for. I have rung my cleaner to tell her not to come but she’s coming anyway....mostly for a natter she said. Various friends need to be contacted at some stage in case anyone needs help. But I’m not sure if after all that rain yesterday my car will, start. Right now it’s dry and not too windy out there so I will put my dustbin out shortly..yes it is Monday!
I don’t know what to expect today...we are all, slightly shell shocked and some are much worse than that. So take one step at a time I am telling myself...starting with the dustbin!

Let us know when you have bin and done it.
Stay safe.
Bins done and back inside my garden ....empty... so you see there is a God!
There seems to be an ongoing impact from the storm, particularly in Wales, Herefordshire and Worcestershire, along as with Cornwall.
I can only pray for some relief from the remnants of the storm, which here in North Kent, gave us a rain storm or two, mixed with sunshine. But very cold.
I got to my blood test okay, now preparing for two funerals in church this week, both of elderly, long term parishioners who've died recently. One is a burial, so the Vicar will need his Clerical Cloak if the bad weather persists.
