Interesting news day!

Well the world has just got very interesting and also possibly more dangerous. Boris didn’t get all his own way in the reshuffle so hats off to the man who walked out sooner than be messed about with. Boris is clearly creating a cabinet in his own image...which is actually scary! Across the pond the president has been asked to stop tweeting. A few years ago it would have been impossible to imagine a president so hooked on the process that he makes his government unstable. Trump and Boris seem not to be getting all their own way. Which is actually good news...but you do have to wonder at the various outcomes of yesterday’s events. One piece of news this morning made me laugh out loud. The Royal Bank of Scotland is going to become Nst West! Hurrah! I am cheering on behalf of my first husband called David who was a very senior bank manager with Nat West. He up there on his cloud will be cheering and beaming with jollity this morning. I am waiting to see if my thousands of Nat West shares will pay me more than three and sixpence ......eventually. So it’s not been a dull day....for any of us. Thank you God.
