Most of my present problem posting anything is due to my being able to prove my own identity. I think this one will get through but I’m not sure. Google’s insistence on passwords sounds sensible...but for us old ones trying to remember several passwords daily is just becoming irritating. I have two iPads....some days only one of them allows me in. On another morning it’s all changed yet again and I spend far too much time changing my password...to prove its me! So I feel very much part of this weird world we are all inhabiting.
Yesterday there were far more people walking the cliff path , sometimes waving happily as they passed. We are all getting used to this strange world. I think. The iPad does make it easy to follow the worlds news. Yesterday I spent about an hour reading about Mr Trumps various statements on this pandemic. His cover seems to be blown. His words clearly demonstrate his failure to understand how serious this situation is. He is simply annoyed that things are not going as well for him personally as he wants them to. The fact that people are dying due to his failure to act quickly has completely escaped him. Watching his frustrations yesterday kept me away from what is happening here. But I came down to,earth watching Boris later. Oh dear.

Oh thank you, you have given me peace of mind, I thought I was the only person struggling with passwords, especially those needed for Blogger and Google. Until it was realised we could use Chromecast to put Facebook streamed church services onto our TV rather than peering at iPads I had been attempting to coax my laptop back into life, it would not let me link to broadband by wireless, it would work only with a cable, not practical bu the bigger screen was needed. Gave up, packed the offending laptop away in the bag, then noticed I have paper instructions. One day I may try again, I won’t be going very far from home for some time. 🦢
They are clearly not thinking that anyone over 40 might be using an iPad...but thank you too. I’m glad I’m not the only one!
