No heating!

Well here we are again....no heating! All was well when I went to bed...but this morning everything is cold. This is the second time in about a month and it is much colder than the first time! I have spent half an hour looking through the old bills and found one to ring....they are coming this afternoon! Fingers crossed! I am trying not to get into the same trouble this time....last time I rang every number I could find so in the end too many of them turned up. This time Ive gone to the highly recommended firm . If this is going to keep happening I clearly need to sort out something fairly quickly because right now its not very cold outside...heaven help us when it is! I will not be here over Christmas..hopefully but I always leave the heating on during the winter months. This time as I am not leaving the country...or even the county I do need to find a reliable solution! Oh dear! Or words to that extent! arghhhhh! Later Well.. I am now more confused...a pleasant chap has decided I need a new boiler.. and there are more complications. The trouble is they are treating me as thogh I am not very bright and I fear they may be right.. They will ring me tomorrow.. So now of course there are not hot radiaters! I do have other electric fires, small ones so I can keep warm...ish. oh dear! ....O hell!
