Life continues

Well....I am up late because I woke late. This novelty delights me! The sun is shining...No one is working on my wall...so I am happy strolling this morning. I have reached a point where what ever life throws at me I will accept it and just carry on! I drove down into the village yesterday and felt an absurd sense of achievement . It was quiet down there though a couple of the shops were busy. Today I shall not go out again except to see that there is no one working outside. Even that doesnt matter much now. I am told its all to do with insurance or something. But the house is dry and warm...I enjoy looking out over Falmouth at the ships going in and out. They are proof of life continuing...for some people anyway! I am tempted to phone a few people to see who is still around...but I probably wont. I am content to be a spectator....and to comment on what I see rather than getting anything done myself. The sun suggests that Spring is not too far away. Birds are collecting together ...along the phone wires outside. Soon they will start to build their nests...Life in fact continues...and I am happy to go along with it... more spectator than activist. Life is still a bit of a puzzle at times but I am content. For the moment its all fine... I think. I am trying not to take anything for granted. And my phone still works! So there is a God!

Good evening Jean.
I do hope you have had a contended day being a spectator on the world.
I do envy you your sea view and being able to watch ships coming and going. I have a friend who regularly sends word and photos of the shipping traffic at Felixstowe.
The sun eventually shone here today and a long, but muddy walk, was enjoyed this afternoon!
