Our Castle!
Sorry I didnt blog this morning. I got distracted! One young man arrived just as I settled down to it...another several hours later. I have someone fixing one of my walls now ...and several school children arrived to stare over my gate! Another young man who turned up earlier was someone I play cards with on line. It was the first time we had met and was a bit embarrassing really. Life is very strange for us all rght now I suspect. The man who came to play cards had to be told that it is an online activity...I cant settle down with a stranger to play cribbage before half past nine in the morning! I did send someone some good pictures of our castle. It sits at the end of my road and is really very small but Henry the Eighth thought it big enough to defend our shores! I dont think its every been put to the test though! So its been an odd day. I should be used to that by this time...and at least its never dull!

You are experiencing strange times indeed.
Someone turns up out of the blue expecting to play cribbage at 0930, Wow, that is a new one on me. The other visits disturbed your routine as well.
Just wondering if school children are staring over your gate on quite a busy road, why are they not on a bus or with an adult taking them?
And I wasn't aware that you had a Castle nearby, next time we are in Cornwell, whenever that might be, we must visit if it is open for tourism.
And our builders were in early this morning, woke Jen up, which didn't please her. They were on the roof knocking the old grouting out between bricks, before recementing. There was a continuous dull thud, I had ignored it, but Jen couldn't. She gave them a polite ear bashing about agreed start times.
