Lovely Day!

Its another glorious day outside and all is well. I am late up having slept very well indeed. A quick walk outside reveals that I seem to be on my own just now. Nothing else is moving, not even the cock! I have no idea where my neighbours have gone but I can do alone...heaven knows I have had enough practice! I have checked my fridge and I have enough food for at least a week. Ditto the drinks cupboard. I seem to have learned the art of forward planning! So theres nothing to complain of at all. Yesterday I ordered my church diary for next year...I usually do it on line but this time I actually spoke to a real person! My diary for next year is now on its way! I have checked my bank statement...and the money to pay for the diary has been taken. I dont know when I became this person who checks everything ...sometimes twice but here I now am...alone up here but still operating in the real world out there! I have thrown away the first jumper I put on this morning. It had too many holes and pulls...so its gone...which means I can contemplate buying a replacement! It is remarkable how much joy this gave me! In this boring life I am leading buying new clothes has become a joy! I suppose it always was but now it feels very special. Poor old girl! No one needs to say it. I know!
