Life goes on!

I was very touched yesterday when so many people wished me a happy birthday. It was actually a happy day. But several puzzles remain to be answered. Today though its back to normal! It is grey outside....a fog has descended on us all...which feels right somehow! At some stage I have to go out but just now safety seems my main desire. Here at home all is well. The sweet smell of the flowers that arrived yesterday is filling the air this morning. I love sweet peas! Today life goes on...I have checked my fridge and have enough food for a few days before the next lot arrives so I wont starve! I did not sit in the sunshine yesterday as I would have done in previous years...the touch of skin cancer several years ago has left me with no desire to sit for too long catching the rays. So its back to the dull days! I can manage a bit of dull.....though not too much! My car goes for its MOT tomorrow..I really havnt driven it much this year but I am sure they will find something! So life as we know it goes on.... a year older but still OK. Hopefully!
