World angst!

If there is any good news anywhere please let someone know! I can’t remember such a miserable time before...shops closing , flights not going, holidays ruined, these are bad enough for individuals to cope with but nothing compared to the very real danger that at some stage the ego driving America will stir the rest of the world into retaliation.
Floods threaten in several countries, Brexit here complicates every government decision. The trains are not running well so people either don’t get to their destinations or get tired and angry trying.
The glorious summer makes up for some of it if you don’t have to work....so us old people are OK.....
Both political parties have their problems in this country......is it just coincidence that race relations are muddying the water.
Boris being flippant once again and getting into trouble, Jeremy being called out for being an Anti Semite!
Is it the silly season?
The transport problems are real and serious...getting in and out of big cities either under your own steam or on public transport has become a trial every day for far too many people.
Getting away for a holiday either by car or flight has become a test of determination. Ryanair’s current strike will affect thousands of people who will miss their summer holidays...
The world seems full of people encountering problems which a short time ago would have been unthinkable...
Sitting here in Cornwall well away from most of it all I can do is watch and pray.
And I do!
