Fellow guests.

I am getting dozy. Yesterday I was convinced that today would be our last day at sea. Therefor I had to start the packing.
I did realise the error of my ways fairly quickly. But I went down to dinner very late after drinking what was left in the bottle of scotch.....and maybe that gives the clue as to my silliness.
Today we have several lectures I want to hear...so careful planning is needed.
The one I went to yesterday , given by a woman who was an expert in examining in dead bodies to find why they had died was forensic in detail..but totally absorbing. Her description included lots of dental details which echoed some of the stories told me by my friend at home, Richard.
I’ll try to get her book before I leave. He would appreciate it .
A careful look at my diary shows that I am not actually travelling till Sunday...so there’s still plenty of time.....and Cunard seem to have packed the next few days with a lot of interesting things to do.......there’s no time to get bored!
I’ve met some interesting people on this trip...and there’s still time to meet more...and that’s one of the reasons why I cruise...the huge variety of fellow guests..people I’d never meet any other way...
Some I never want to meet again are easily avoided..but mostly I am finding my fellow travellers fascinating....thank you God.
