Warming is global?

The whole world seems  set on destroying itself right now. Protests on everything proliferate daily.
Global warming has been scoffed at by Trump but for the rest of us it’s real I think. The lovely Attenborough has issued a severe warning during the week and I do believe him.
It’s hard to dispense with things that are doing harm to our planet...we are creatures of habit and to give up our hairsprays is a step too far for some of us!
Global warming sounds quite attractive to people who live in a cold climate but of course world wide its very worrying.
I have not used plastic bags for years and I try very hard not to buy products that endanger the natural world... and furniture sprays for dust etc are hard to give up even when we are aware of the problem, but being just one woman I am aware that my contribution is minute compared to the worlds problems.
Trying to convince those world leaders who seem to delight in bucking the trend is not easy apparently...some of them seem to take pride in not contributing....
Leaders the world over do have the need to actually lead...by example hopefully..
But leaders often decide not to join in..and even take some credit for not following the trend.
On my various cruises I have met lots of Americans who are amused by Trumps actions on this subject but it really isn’t funny.
I always hesitate to hold serious conversations with anyone in the middle of any ocean but when I do I am amazed by how often Mr Trump is lionised by his fellow Americans.
I have no knowledge of how Mrs May deals with the sprays around the house but it would be good to believe that like the rest of us she does try.
So now having blown my hair dry I will not use a spray to hold it in place..even though this is the tiniest contribution...we all have to start somewhere....
