Staying home.

Sorry to be banging on again about my present problem....my skin condition. I really do look dreadful so I’m not going anywhere for the time being. But in a new twist yesterday I got a phone call from the new doctor. He explained that he was ringing people with routine problems rather than us all sitting together in the waiting room. This is clearly very sensible...over the years countless bugs must have been spread in doctors waiting rooms. I told him I was fine..not ill at all. Just very spotty...we agreed that the safest thing for everyone was for me to stay quietly at home. This I can do. I am not actually feeling ill. I just look very very weird. However I was impressed by the new doctor.. He has furnished me with anti itch medicine and given me a good reason for not going out and about. I am fairly sure that I’m not infectious...no one visiting can catch this condition. But so far it’s been very quiet here...thank goodness. I’m not sure just now about my going out to visit other people..too many explanations would be needed so I’m opting for staying safely home. The phone can’t carry my germs to anyone else. So here I stay...safe and warm..and still itching...so be it.
